Benefits we offer for our temporary associates include:
Healthcare. We offer healthcare coverage upon your hiring. The premiums are paid by the employee and start at $16.25 per week. Healthcare coverage for candidates includes Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC).
Weekly Pay. Our candidates and associates can receive a check for weekly service or have the amount directly deposited into their bank account.
Holiday Pay. If an associate has worked over 1,000 on an assignment in the 26 weeks before the holiday, and will work on the business days before and after the holiday, we offer up to eight hours of paid time off. Holidays include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Associate Of The Year. We encourage our clients to nominate an exceptional associate, and that associate receives a special recognition that can be added to a resume, in addition to a $100 award.
Referral Bonus. Associates who refer a friend for temporary work receive a $30 Amazon gift card when the referral associate works 120 hours.
Annual Recognition Bonus. Should an associate complete 1,900 hours with an employer in a 12-month period, we’ll recognize them with a $100 bonus.
Regarding sick time: since most employers employ temporary staff on an assignment basis, and since most assignments are temp-to-hire after a short period, it is not currently workable to allow accrual for sick time.
