Sharplink is currently seeking Test Technicians for one of our awesome clients in Blackwood, NJ. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity for a company who makes different electrical products. For this role you will be responsible for performing daily testing of our cable assembly and wire harness products.
Pay Rate / Hours for Test Technicians:
- $18.00 an hour
1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Responsibilities for Test Technicians:
- Set up and operation of various test equipment such as Cirris, Fluke, network analyzer, pull tester and multimeter in accordance with test procedures
- Recording and maintaining data
- Diagnosing test failures and coordinating repairs with assembly personnel
- Building and maintaining fixtures as required
- Other duties as assigned by management
Position Requirements for Test Technicians:
- 3-5 years’ experience with cable assemblies, wire harnessing and box builds
- Experience with resistance hi-pot and computerized testing systems
- Ability to interpret and comprehend mechanical/electrical wiring diagrams
- Soldering experience and use of crimp/hand tools directly related to cable/harness work
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and friendly disposition is imperative
- Certified to IPC WHMA-A-620 and J-STD-001 a plus
